Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. If you have any questions regarding shipping overseas, please contact us.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and freight carriers) and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We offer evalution samples for most of our products. Simply submit your request online here. Please let us know product of interest, facility, and your order quantity.
No, they can't. Some of the items sold by Minerva Health Solutions Inc. cannot be sold to patients as they can be sold only to providers. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.
All invoices are due and payable in full at the time of order via credit card or other payment methods.
If you have net payment terms such as Net 15, Net 30, Net 45, Net 60, etc., please remit payment at your earliest convenience prior to the due date.
Interest will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
