Description
The Gellhorn pessary is used for a second to third-degree prolapse, or procidentia. It has drainage holes in its base and comes in ten sizes. The knob of the Gellhorn easily folds over for insertion, and once in place rests on the posterior vaginal wall. Two versions of the Gellhorn are available, long and short stem.
